Orders placed before 1:00pm, should be dispatched the same day (and Friday evening and weekend orders will leave on the Monday). If you choose ‘First Class’ shipping, orders normally arrive within 1 or 2 days (but usually 1 day). With ‘Next-Working-Day’, your parcel should of course arrive the next-working-day! Our ‘Freepost’ option is normally 3 to 5 days (but we try to get it to you in 2 days). For most orders you’ll receive tracking information when we send you our dispatch email.

Free delivery is available at checkout on all orders of just £20 or more. But if you need a next-working-day or first class service, you’ve got these options available as well. Our Freepost service nomally takes 2 to 3 days to get to you.

Absolutely – 100%. We take your ability to shop safely and securely very seriously. First of all our whole site uses SSL which is the little lock you see next to our web address in your browser. Any information you enter or send is encrypted. Then if you place an order we *never* see any card details – these are dealt with securely by our payment provider which is PayPal or Stripe. We also only take online orders, so again, we never see or ask for your card details.

We currently only ship to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Island (the United Kingdom). Since the UK left the European Union, shipping costs and possible import taxes mean it’s usually cheapest for you to purchase from retailers in the same country that you live. So UK shipping only for us.
